OK - here's the SP atm. I've e-mailed them re your problem Jen and this is what they've replied:

Thank you for contacting ImageStation Customer Support.

Terry, we apologize for the inconvenience and we are aware of the trouble you
are facing while uploading your images.

This is a temporary issue and due to this maintenance you may experience some
difficulties with Uploading, editing images etc. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may have caused. Our engineers are working hard to complete
this in a timely manner. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please visit us
again in 24 hours.

Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any further questions
or need more assistance.

It's a shame that Sony cannot be this helpful when answering complaints regarding the errors that plague their BBS's isn't it? lol
